I usually use the red and/or green lights but it’s nice to have 5 other options in case I want to switch things up.The device puts off just the right amount of heat which is a nice feature because I find it relaxing.I think it’s helpful when you turn this on and cycle through the colors the display tells you which colors are hot or will have heat while using a color.The device has a great battery life. I can use it several times before I need to recharge it.I appreciate that a hard, plastic cover was included for the head so it keeps the LED light part protected.I also appreciate that the head is curved allowing the device to move along your face easier.I usually use this on my neck while I wear a mask on my face. It seems to work well on my neck and is honestly really relaxing for me.
